Between Us, We Are All Here
A more personal exhibition, crossing two continents: Asia and Africa, yet speaking less about geography and more about people. About encounters, simple gestures, ways of being together, and of observing the space around us. These images evoke sharing and unity, but also fragility, attentiveness, and closeness in a world that increasingly feels hurried, fragmented, and distant.
This is not a work about exotic places or cultural differences, but about what connects us. The title arises from the idea that there is always a common space, invisible, yet real, between the one who photographs, the one who is photographed, and the one who looks.
Between one image and the next, an interval opens up, where photography ceases to be merely a visual object and becomes an experience. It is within this space that memory is activated and feeling takes shape.
Between Us, We Are All Here
is an invitation to stay. To be.
To recognise, in the other, something that also belongs to us.
